With a partial or full "Lock down" in different parts of the Country, it is understandable that people want to be close to their family and want to go home. So far Myanmar is having only 9 confirmed cases and all have been imported from abroad.  However with the recent return of thousands of migrant workers from Thailand, the risk of some of them  being infected is high. The Government tries to put as many of them as possible under quarantine, but not an easy task. Yesterday one female tour guide was tested positive, she had travelled 12 days with a group of french tourist trough whole Myanmar, including Ngapali. Best regards, Jerzy

​Actually we get the information from the boat that they lock down the mission mainly due to the fact that most of the local heads of villages are afraid and nervous and close all the facilities and don't want to let the people go aboard.
